Hi, my name is Dorian Gibson, and I am on a journey to excel in IT. I am pursuing my bachelor's degree in business administration with a focus of information systems at Cleveland State University and expect to graduate by spring of 2026. For the past 4 years, I have gained a genuine enthusiasm and curiosity for technology operations, software configuration, and business analytics.  I obtained certification as a ServiceNow System Administrator.
